National Alumni Council Goals

  • The mission of the NAC is to increase personal giving and support of Public HBCUs by providing training in funding and advocacy. To further heighten awareness throughouth the Public HBCU network.
  • The NAC presents annual awards to recognize national alumni associations who have demonstrated leadership in supporting their colleges and universities, alumni giving and new chapter development.
  • The body will host annual training sessions for chapter presidents and national officers.
  • The NAC will continue to advocate for all Public HBCUs, by sponsoring an Alumni Day on the Hill in Washington, DC with legislative representatives.
