1. Comprehensive criteria and nomination forms are distributed to all 47 public HBCU’
2. In-depth screening is conducted by Deans and Faculty
3. Recommendations are presented to College and University Presidents – additional interviews ensue
4. Highly-qualified TMCF Career Counselors conduct initial phone interviews with recommended Candidates
5. TMCF Career Counselors embark on visits to Campuses to conduct face-to-face interviews and refine selections
6. Final 1% are selected and recommended for participation
7. TMCF’s Career Counselors diligently match Candidates to your defined Job Specifications and present
8. Candidates resumes to your recruiting team Candidates data is accessible via TMCF HBCU Talent Sourcing Database for your recruiting representatives to sort by requirements.
