8th Annual Leadership Institute Recruitment Conference & Career Fair is the premier recruitment conference for students attending public HBCUs. This four-day event will provide you with the chance to participate in workshops and discussions with some of Americas leading corporate executives. You will also attend events including the3rd Annual Front Row Fashion Show, an NBA Reception and the 21st Annual Black Tie Anniversary Dinner.

What’s New?
This year TMCF will invite High School students from our 6 Center for Innovative School Reform sites as well as local high schools to participate in the conference. High school students will be exposed to careers in numerous industries as well as attend workshops that will better prepare them for their college years and beyond. The high school track will provide dedicated workshops on topics such as resume writing and interviewing skills, navigating the transition from high school to college and understanding the college admissions and financial aid process.
